Information relating to quotations and invoices is securely managed using Zoho. Access to customer information is restricted to authorised S.C.D.S personnel who require access for legitimate business purposes. S.C.D.S takes reasonable steps to protect customer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Customers may provide photographs, artwork, logos, names or other personal or business information for the purpose of creating and producing customised products. Such information is used only for the requested service and related legitimate business purposes. S.C.D.S will not knowingly use customer-provided personal content for unrelated purposes without appropriate permission.

S.C.D.S retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including applicable business, accounting, legal and record-keeping requirements.

Subject to applicable law, customers may have rights relating to their personal information, including requesting access to personal information held by S.C.D.S, requesting correction of inaccurate information, and raising concerns about how their information is processed. Customers may contact S.C.D.S using the official contact details displayed on the website regarding privacy-related requests.

Quotations are based on the specifications and information available at the time of quotation. Prices may change if the customer changes the product, quantity, artwork, specifications or other requirements. A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until accepted by S.C.D.S.

Where applicable, customers will be provided with artwork or a design proof for approval before production. Customers are responsible for checking:

• Spelling
• Names
• Dates
• Colours
• Quantities
• Personalised information
• Other relevant design details

before approving the final design. Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes may not be possible.

Many S.C.D.S products are personalised or made specifically for individual customers. Because of this, cancellations, returns or exchanges may be subject to limitations where permitted by applicable law.

Colours and final appearance may vary slightly depending on the product, printing process, material, screen display and other production factors. S.C.D.S will make reasonable efforts to produce products according to the approved design and agreed specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information and artwork supplied to S.C.D.S is accurate and that they have permission to use supplied material.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide photographs, logos, artwork, names, characters, trademarks or other content to S.C.D.S for reproduction, printing or customisation. By submitting artwork or content to S.C.D.S, the customer confirms that they are authorised to use and reproduce the material for the requested purpose.

S.C.D.S does not knowingly reproduce copyrighted artwork, trademarks, logos, characters or other protected material without appropriate permission or licensing. S.C.D.S reserves the right to decline, modify or request clarification regarding artwork where there may be intellectual-property, legal, quality or production concerns.

Where AI-assisted tools are used during the creative process, S.C.D.S reviews and prepares the resulting artwork before production, where applicable. AI-assisted creation does not remove the need to consider copyright, trademark, privacy or other intellectual-property rights.
